NFF squash rumours of Oliseh’s resignation
There were rumours in some quarters that the Super Eagles coach had left the team’s camp in a hurry following his resignation but Amaju has debunked such claims.
Oliseh has arrived in Belgium safely to commence immediate treatment for the flu infection he contracted and has charged the Eagles to win the 2016 CHAN qualifier against Burkina Faso on Sunday and further investigation has revealed that he has remained in constant communication with his assistants over team matters.
“I have absolute confidence in the team even in my absence they will get the job done for Nigeria on Sunday,” he said.
The August 4 Stadium in Ouagadogou hosts CHAN qualifying 2nd leg fixture between Etalons and the Eagles.
